Xiaomi has released HyperOS 2 with a major focus on AI features as other smartphone manufacturers have done. With HyperOS 2 Global roll out plan already announced it will be useful to look at what are the AI features that you will receive for your device.

The AI features has been one area where smartphone manufacturers have tried to distinguish themselves and Xiaomi doesn't disappoint. AI features has been added to existing HyperOS features such Lockscreen as well as exiting new AI based features found in Samsung and Pixel devices bringing a premium experience.

AI based animated Lock screen
The static lockscreens are a thing of the past with HyperOS 2 using AI you can add dynamic animations to your lockscreen images which will add movements or effects to make it more interactive.

Xiao AI Smart Assistant
The HyperOS 2 brings a smart assistant feature called Xiao AI that can do a number of helpful tasks that will make your daily tasks faster. This includes,
- Store your personal preferences easily
- Auto fill forms in applications and websites
- Automate your daily tasks like turning on a smart bulb
- Search content you want even from photos and videos
New AI Gallery Features
Along with existing AI features HyperOS 2 brings a new feature called image enhancement to imrpve the quality of a photo with the help of AI.
AI Magic Painting
Based on your drawings it is reported to provide enhancements to your work.
AI Voice recognition
You can transcribe calls, recording as well as create a summary of the audio.
AI writing
This will provide features like error correction for your text as well as generate and improve the content you have written.
AI translation
This feature will allow you to perform real time translation from one language to the other when you are in meetings or calls.
AI based Anti-Fraud detection
This feature will help identify fraudulent audio or video calls by some one who is impersonating your friends or family.
