Xiaomi on November announced the Global release of HyperOS 2 which follows the Chinese announcement on October 30. The Global devices are promised to receive the updates from November and few even have started to receive the updates as of writing the article.
The new HyperOS 2 features include better performance, faster animations, better battery life and a whole suite of AI features including an AI assistant. Now today Xiaomi has announced the roll out plan globally of its devices which will receive the newest version of HyperOS.

Testing - The OS version in beta and released for subset of users who have registered for MI Pilot program and as of now not in a usable state.
Started: The OS has finished beta testing and released to a subset of general users. You may or may not fall in to this list. The feedback from such users is collected and if any major bugs are there it will be corrected.
