Google and Samsung has come together to launch Quick share which is supported on all latest Android devices.
Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth and Location on both devices
Step 2 : Go to settings and search for Quick Share
Step 3: Select the option who can share with you
Step 4: Select everyone in the Who can share with you page

Step 6: Wait a few moments and the device to send will be visible if you have turned on Bluetooth and Location on both devices.
Step 6: Tap on the device and a notification will appear on receiver screen and selecting Accept, the file will be shared.
How to use Mi Share in HyperOS devices
An alternative to Quick Share, Mi Share which was introduced by Peer-to-Peer Transmission Alliance's founded by Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo in 2020 plans to provide easy sharing of files between Android smartphones irrespective of their smartphone manufacturer. The members of this alliance include Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, IQOO, Onplus and Samsung. This was mainly created for Chinese users but it available globally also.

The steps to start sharing data through Mi share is similar to Quick share and is as follows,
Step 1: Enable the Bluetooth and WiFi in both the smartphones. Also enable Xiaomi Share or corresponding name depending on smartphone manufacturer like Oppo Share or Realme Share
Step 2: Select the file you want to send and select the share option and choose Xiaomi Share
Step 3: The name of the other device will be displayed and you can tap to send the file
This will work on all HyperOS devices and other manufacturers also and I found it to be more straight forward than quick share as you only turn on when needed.
