HyperOS has brought fluidity to the UI of Xiaomi smartphones along with it many animations. While the animations add to this fluidity of your smartphone some you may want to disable it because you want to speed up your phone as animations can add a slight delay for example for app opening or to save the battery(Read more battery tips).
This article will provide you with the steps to disable animations for Xiomi's HyperOS
Step 1: Go to settings and select additional settings
Step 2: Select the Accessibility option in the additional settings page
Step 3: Select the vision tab from the Accessibility page
Step 4: Select remove animations at the bottom of Vision tab
In my experience enabling this option makes your phone feel more snappier and may be a slight boost in battery.
