HyperOS how to enable split screen mode

HyperOS supports split screen or multi window modes which allows you to run more than one application on the screen. This feature has been supported by Android for a long time and the same has been made available for HyperOS also.

This article will give you the steps for dividing your screen between two different apps.

Step 1:Press the square button if you are using navigation bar or drag and drop from the bottom if you are using gestures.

Step 2: Hold and press the first app you want to display as split screen,

Step 3: This will bring a pop up like below and select the second option,

Step 4: This is the important step you have to choose one more running application so that the split screen window will be activated.

Step 5: You can use the bar int the middle to adjust the how much each app should take on the display.

The same bar can be dragged to top or bottom for coming out of the split screen mode and choosing either bottom or top apps respectively to be displayed.

Kindly note that this working only on the default launcher and did not work on Nova launcher. Do check and let me know if it working for your favourite launcher.
